Anna from ‘Annamaya Yoga, Meditation and Education’ invites you to explore chair yoga. Whether you spend hours in the office or have a limited mobility, this type of yoga is suitable for everyone.

It is amazing how much stretching can be done using chairs. Tension will melt away from your neck, shoulders, chest, back, hips and legs. Come along and enjoy this relaxing and fun class with Anna. No previous yoga experience is necessary.


Anna Maya is passionate about teaching yoga and is a strong believer that yoga is for everyone. She runs private and group classes as well as teaches at various workplaces. Her past corporate clients included big names like Lorna Jane, Step into Life Outdoor Training and physiotherapist’s clinics. She has been also involved in addiction rehabilitation for over six years, teaching yoga and iRest® Yoga Nidra program specifically designed to treat PTSD, anxiety, and depression.
